Orca Pacific Terminal is proud to be one of the few dedicated propane supply points on Vancouver Island. Strategically positioned to serve local distributors, retailers, and commercial customers, the terminal plays a critical role in ensuring reliable LPG supply to Island communities.

As of April 2024, Orca Pacific Terminal entered a new chapter under our ownership, taking over from Texon previously. Our team is actively involved in operations and long-term strategic planning, bringing both operational discipline and entrepreneurial energy to the site. We are committed to building the terminal into one of Vancouver Island’s primary propane supply hubs focused on reliability, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

Operational excellence and customer experience are central to our approach. We have recently implemented new terminal software to streamline the driver loading process, allowing seamless access and transaction management directly from the MicroLoad keypad at both loading risers. Once a lift is complete, Bills of Lading (BOLs) are automatically generated and emailed, improving efficiency, reducing paperwork, and enhancing visibility for our customers.
